Roasted Broccoli

INGREDIENTS:
Chopped Broccoli
1/4 cup olive oil
Dash of seasoned salt
Optional: grated parm. cheese or slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop broccoli into bite size pieces
2. Toss broccoli with olive oil in a baking dish
3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt to your taste.
4. Bake at 375* for 25 minutes
5. Rotate broccoli around after 15 minutes
6. You can top with parm cheese and slivered almonds

* This is also good with a mix of cauliflower and broccoli*
