INGREDIENTS:
Apples
Cinnamon
Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel, core and dice apples
2. Can cook in a crock pot or simmer on stovetop
(Stovetop--1 hour/ Crockpot---3 hours)
3. 2 T cinnamon
4. Cook apples till very tender and put into blender or mash depending on how chunky you want it.
5. Optional : 2 T sugar mixed in very well
* You can substitute applesauce in recipes that call for oil. It makes breads and cookies more moist and healthy*
