Funnel Cakes



Ingredients:

3 large eggs
1/4 C sugar
2 C milk
3 2/3 C flour
1/2 t salt
2 t Baking powder
Oil

Directions:

Beat eggs and sugar together, then add milk slowly. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. I used a squeeze bottle from a dollar store but if you use a funnel just fill over a bowl, scrape on top of bowl and slowly move around pan filled with about 2-3 inches of hot oil to make a design. When it's brown on both sides remove and let drain on paper towel then sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mix or powdered sugar.
