According to Babies R Us the Baby Jogger Jump Seat (pictured above) has been recalled.  This is what the email said to do: 
If you purchased the Jump Seat, call Baby Jogger toll free at: (877) 506-2213 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to receive free Jump Seat safety straps and assembly instructions. Or visit the company’s website at www.babyjogger.com.
