Shrimp & Chicken Tacos


Ingredients
Popcorn Shrimp
Tortillas
Chicken- Cooked and Cubed
Shredded Cabbage
Shredded Cheese

Picco de Gallo --- Tomatoes, Onion, Cilantro and lime juice
Sour Cream

Prep Time:
 15 minutes

Picco de Gallo:
2 tomatoes diced without seeds
Handful of cilantro
1/4 minced onion
Dash of garlic powder
*Make at least 1 hour ahead so ingredients season together.

Directions:
Grill tortillas 30 seconds on each side.
Layer: Chicken/Shrimp, cheese, sour cream, cabbage and picco de gallo. I also made sour cream with lime and cilantro that I blended but plain works great too!

Serve with spanish rice or with a great bean dip for a great lunch or dinner. Happy cooking!
