Okay, let's be honest we all love our sleep. But, how many times are you woken up during the night? I would say at least twice for me(sorry honey). It's when it became three or four times, that action had to be taken. I bought some Breath Right strips and had my husband be the guinea pig :) Honestly, some nights they worked and some nights they didn't.
